The hotel was immaculately clean and the breakfast was marvellous. The property was in a convenient location, to great walking trails.

The staff was pleasant and exceptionally nice, the breakfast offered was sensational with lots of food. The location was stunning - near the pub downstairs, great walking trails and the Lakes for many years.

Fabulous and homely accommodation with stunning setting close to the pub downstairs and mountains. Brand-new comfortable modern room with a fantastic view. A huge variety of options for incredible breakfast. What a real good stay, no complains at all.

My twin room was newly remodelled and very well kept. Everyone was polite and really good. The location was marvellous for traveling around Keswick, really close to Keswick and Derwentwater, the Lakes for many years, and a traditional lake district pub.
